We booked the parking spot based on the description is given on line. However, on the day we arrived, it was not the case. Our fan couldn't get in. So I like to have my refund for not be able to use it at all. And false description online. It needs to be corrected.

I do NOT recommend this parking facility. Today, I had a terrible experience with their service. I had reserved a parking spot, and upon arriving at the address, I called the provided number twice, but no one answered. Eventually, I managed to reach them, and a security guard came out, telling me that since I didn’t live in the building, I couldn’t enter the garage. I showed him the confirmation I had received by email, but he said he didn’t know anything about it. Finally, he let me drive in. I ended up spending 40 minutes trying to clarify with the guard who was supposed to let me in. I was 20 minutes late for an important meeting because of this absurd parking situation, where I even had a heated exchange with the guard. This place is horrible with terrible service!

This was the first time I have used just park app and it was just so easy and surprisingly economic to park in london city centre. The site was a secure gated car park so I was very happy to leave my car there for 2 days while I was in London for the weekend. I will definitely. Be using just park for all my away from home trips from now on ...

I couldn't get access to what was a private car park. The instructions were to see the concierge but there wasn't one. No phone number, no bell to ring. I want my money back!

Due to construction works, the carpark was a pain to get to- I feel like the cost should’ve been reduced for this reason… We chose to park here over somewhere half the price for convenience, but didn’t get that in the end

The worst car park experience I had so far. 1) it is mid October 2024 and the roads were closed, GPRS was taking me through the road which was closed and we spent 30 mins sorting out how to get there (unfamiliar area) 2)when we finally got there, I couldn't reach via phone, had to look for a hotel concierge, she had long queue - I couldn't wait had to jump in and ask to open the door. 3) she also had to give me a handwritten ticket. 4) the entrance is narrow and it was difficult to find those bays provided in the instructions. 5) after finally we found the bays, one side of the bay had a long concrete pillar - you can open the passenger door from left or right (you choose)- I had a toddler in the car seat there.... Overall very stressful and time consuming experience. I won't book this place again...
