When pre booking it takes over 30 seconds for the car reg plate to be recognised on both entry and exit which is really akward as it is on a slope and cars build up behind you. Turning circles for moving between levels are tight for a suv. Good location for King's Cross restaurants etc

Nice tidy, secure (as can be) and wide spaces. Prepaid on line. When exiting had to press the call button on the barrier to say prepaid and they opened it up.

Couldn’t find any pedestrian access - so ended up walking all through the car park. I was asked to pay for my parking even though I had already pre-paid - had to wait a long time to be let out of the car park because of this
