Handyside Car Park - Reservations

Couldn’t find any pedestrian access - so ended up walking all through the car park. I was asked to pay for my parking even though I had already pre-paid - had to wait a long time to be let out of the car park because of this

Only issue was on exiting the ANPR did not recognise the number plate and we had to ring through at the barrier to get security to lift it. Otherwise, the parking was safe, clean and very convenient. Will be using it again!

In order to exit the car park I had to pay again

Although I had paid in advance I was charged £8 to leave the car park.

Obviously pre-paid, parked where instructed. Barrier recognised my reg plate for access, but not for exit. Had to pay again to leave. Will be looking to recover that charge.

No one who works there has no idea they’ve arrangement with just park. Furthermore, the exit door did not open automatically. Machine asked me to pay amount £36. I couldn’t go out if I push the cancel button 5 times.

Very secure place to park and easy to find.

Good communication from company, easy to book and thank heavens I had booked - running late, wet weather, stress etc after my journey into London. I had a moment's worry when I had to gain access to the car park prior to leaving and was asked to put in my registration number but the door still didn't open. I was able to press the help button and speak to a parking attendant who immediately resolved the situation so there wasn't any hold up really. I thought the level of service throughout was good.
