easy to find ,only just fitted a med wheelbase van back was out slightly onto the path,not enough to cause a issue, wheels were on the drive

The space was fine, albeit occupied by another vehicle at the time. To the space owner's credit he tried his best to sort it out (an overstaying vehicle on another platform apparently), and had me park on an unused neighbour's space. I wasnt entirely comfortable with this arrangement, (although several other neighbors assured me it would be fine) and I reclocated to resident only parking when the restriction was lifted.
I needed the parking space, so it was beneficial to stay, but in all honesty it was a pain. Bearing in mind I was late to the parking space I effectively paid for 24 hours of parking and used a about 4 and a half hours of it.
