this car park is extremely tight. when I arrived there were a few spaces but all against pillars and all cars were tightly packed. it was hard to find a space to get my kuga into that left enough room to get out of the car! but if you have a small car then this is perfect. the barrier didn't raise for me but no issues getting parking validated by the hotel lobby.

The app was really useful to have, simple interface and clear instructions.
The barrier opened immediately after opening it in the app, no problems at all.

The automatic barrier did not open as instructed.
Plus, I needed to waste time to validate parking with the hotel receptionist. Otherwise, this is not a bad parking site for a few hours.

don't book at the car park hotel ! Frist we sat at gate for 10 minutes the app wouldn't let us in, once in the car park it was full and had to wait for an hour before a space becomes free absolute joke !! no one around to help you ever.
if you do decide to use the car park don't take a big car there's pipes hanging out of the roof all over the place.

There was a bit of a delay getting in as a coach was disembarking and then parked. More signage would be helpful as I didn’t need to go to the hotel reception but I couldn’t see any stairs. The staff were super and very helpful.
