Does what it says on the tin

There was a bit of a delay getting in as a coach was disembarking and then parked. More signage would be helpful as I didn’t need to go to the hotel reception but I couldn’t see any stairs. The staff were super and very helpful.

It was easy and the right information was shared. I love how the barriers are opened via the app/website.

Spaces are a bit tight but there are plenty & it wasn't full so was able to park fine. Nice & close for the Hammersmith Apollo theatre & the tube - both less than a 5 minute walk.

Parking spaces were a little tight for an SUV but we found a space away from other cars. Very efficient and easy to use. Will use again!

I was concerned r.e the size of the parking space after reading reviews, but it was absolutely fine. I have a Vauxhall mokka and am terrible at parking but I found it easy! Hood secure space, would use again

The parking was fine but he process to enter/exit the underground parking was a little stressful as I could not get the scan to work to open the barrier. It needs to be simpler for over the older generation (over 60's) as we are not as Techhie with mobile phones and gadgets as young people are however, once the barrier had been opened not sure how ( as I was there for 5-10 mins ) parking was fine. But then I struggled again to exit the carpark as the barrier would not let me out. I had to go to up in the lift of the hotel to speak to Reception and showed them that I had paid for parking on-line in advance before they could let me out. Because of this I may be reluctant to use this service again which is a shame because it was so good to be able to park so close to the venue for the show.

Ease of entry and exit.

Very tight spaces. Barrier didn't work through app but reception sorted the ticket.
