My 4x4 could barely fit the gate. When coming in, the space was tight but when going out, it was extremely difficult to drive through the gate without scratching my car. It took me 10mins to exit. This space is not ideal if you have a big car.

All fine with finding the space, entry instructions and space available (there didn't seem to be a designated space for the flat given, more general parking for the block). However getting out is very tight, so only pick this space if a) you're a confident driver, and b) happy with the size of your car going through tight spaces. It's the angle of the gate on exit, not helped by a large dip in the tarmac on the exit which cause your car to dip suddenly and risk hitting the side of the gate.
