No lock on gate

Bit rough, untidy, broken glass mirror in the plot. Not looked after. No more room than three cars at best. Small entrance due to the gate not being able to close right back do to vegetation.

There were 4 bays marked and all taken despite of my booking!! Luckily I've squeezed next to the gate and since I only have been there for 2hrs I haven't caused any issues and didn't obstruct the gate.

The location and price is great but the parking is highly problematic. I ended up losing 35 minutes of my last hour as I had to move my car as a lady was boxed in as 6 cars were in the bays instead of 4? There is no gate code entry don't know why Just Park give you a PIN as all there is is a gate you can close or keep open. The gate was already opened when I got there. The parking is tight and you can easily block other vehicles or be boxed in. No controls for only allowing 4 cars to park so these problems arise when 5 or 6 cars come into park....whether they come via Just Park or likely randomly to take a spot and inconvenience those Just Park customers who pay. This has got to change and a PIN only entry on a proper gate that automatically opens and closes snd if not at least a PIN entry to manually open the gate, surely this is not difficult?

I've used this space a few times and it's handy but quite small and I had to squeeze my car into one corner to not block anyone in. If you have a estate or bigger car might be an issue but otherwise all good

I had a space booked from 10am to 12:30pm, 2.5 hours. When I arrived I found that the space shown in the picture of my confirmation was occupied. Very little space to park and wherever I parked, someone was going to be blocked in. The owner of the car in my parking space had displayed their phone number in their windscreen so I called. She explained this always happened and it would be best just to park and also display my number in case I needed to move the car. Fortunately I never got a call but this is a less than ideal way to manage things. No sign of the parking space owners phone number, so it is a bit of a free for all. Cheap but low quality.

The only comment i have is that when i went to collect my car, there were 5 cars parked, when it says that there should only be 4.

It cost like 36 pounds to park in a quiet backstreet of Camden, on a bank holiday weekend, walking distance from two tube stump and my hotel. How could I not be over the moon with that?. This is a game changer. Frankly, I'll be using this service over and over again.
