Awful car park. Will add additional fees for vans despite charging more during booking. "Vans" listed at a separate (higher) rate then when you turn up they will charge you extra. Condition of car park also terrible, clearly this money is going straight in someone's pocket and nothing towards maintenance of site. Rude staff, Just Park no help

Easy to find and park. I was greeted by the parking attendant who showed me where to park. I booked several hours as I was going to the Visa centre a couple of hundred metres away but only needed an hour or so. No issues getting in or out. Just what I needed.

The unfriendly and forceful car park attendant charged me an extra £7 (cash only) as I was in a van. The charges on the gate state £18 for the day with a van so booking with Just Park is more expensive. Also I had to leave my van key with the attendant. Who knows what have had happened had he damaged the van when moving it around or had it been stolen. These extra charges and the fact you have to leave your key should be made known to customers before they book- as I wasn't aware and would have parked somewhere else had I known. JustPark let me down on this one.

Im very disappointed with this parking because I booked this parking space but when I arrived security man asked me for additional payment £7 cash because I have small van(Mercedes Citan)
I believe if I comes and pay directly him will be cheaper
Finally I paid £17.69 Just Park and additional £7 cash to parking security . I hope Just Park refund me some money. When I booked I haven't seen any information about additional payment for parking van
