I found the car park eventually. However, the sat nav led me away from the entrance of the car park.
Please include the details regarding the car park being underground and through a tunnel.

I spent 45 minutes to find the entrance. The guidance/instruction to find the entrance is not clear. I recommend to work on the instruction. My GPS (google map) completely could not find the entrance.

Car park entrance is off roundabout under Westferry Circus. It would be better if directions took you there rather than the shops at Cabot Square

The carpark itself is lovely. Easy to find. Nice lifts. However we got back to the car after an afternoon in canary wharf and the car had been hit by another car. Probably due to quite tight spaces (i have a very small car aswell)
