I paid £17 to book a space at south bank centre car park in advance for 4 hours and 30 minutes from 1730hrs to 2200hrs. I was offered an option to increase the hours by 30 minutes and was charged a further £17. when I arrived at the car park at 1730hrs I was informed that to park from 1730hrs to midnight was only £7. I was overcharged by £27

We had pre booked and there were only 2 places left. It's worth noting that there is no guarantee that a space will be available so we were fortunate.
Spaces are quite tight but just about OK.
