Omg disgusting car park lift not working and I am disabled. Homeless people sleeping in their a gang . Feared for our own lives . Had to get a black cab to take us to the car and watch why my daughter put the baby in the car and our luggage . Left 24hrs before we were supposed to go . One of the most horrific time of my life . Please do not park your car here

Easy access, plenty of spaces, automatically lit up when we returned in the dark. Deducted one star as garage smelt of urine!

Signage from the road is not very clear and sat nav does not direct you to the correct location, you have to go over a cross road where Cornwall road continues to find the underground car park which is hidden from site roadside. Spaces are also quite tight but the location is excellent, within walking distance of most central sights and reasonably priced.

I paid £17 to book a space at south bank centre car park in advance for 4 hours and 30 minutes from 1730hrs to 2200hrs. I was offered an option to increase the hours by 30 minutes and was charged a further £17. when I arrived at the car park at 1730hrs I was informed that to park from 1730hrs to midnight was only £7. I was overcharged by £27
