I was misled by your app to book the wrong spot and got a ticket!
I rang your customer services as soon as I found out that I paid for the wrong spot but was told the investigation will take 72 hours. I appealed to Just Park but was brushed off. Planning on registering a complaint with Camden and launching a campaign on social media that will show how Just Park are misleading their service users while trying to also sell them "insurance against getting a ticket". Now how cheeky is that??
