Parking on Cromwell Road, SW5

I had a very good experience using this carpark space. No complaints!

My children and I were left waiting in the cold and dark for over 10 minutes as he didnt open the gate for us to return to the car.

Perfect spot and very straightforward

Easy and spacious

Not a very good experience - wouldn't recommend. Upon arrival l had to contact the car parking space owner to notify him that l was waiting outside the shuttered entrance to the private underground carpark. Rang three times with no answer. Eventually l was called back and given access only to find the space l had booked was occupied. Upon speaking with the owner again, l was passed over to the front desk/porter who came down to find another suitable space. Seriously bad attitude, zero customer care skills and looked very annoyed at having to find another space. Pros - safe place to park as private with no public access. Spaces were wide enough for a large SUV (XC90). Cons - to access your vehicle who have to go through the main building entrance every time and deal with Mr. Grumpy at reception. Gamble as there may not be a space for you upon arrival.

only problem we had was owner didn't answer the phone to let us in. fortunately someone else let us in. everything else was fine and we had communication via text after that

Could not get into the parking. Luckily someone opened the garage door. Parking space very narrow Do not use this space!
