No spaces available on arrival except a disabled space which I had to use then mess around moving it later in the day.

I was so disappointed by this service. I booked a space well in advance at the Marriott in Kensington and when I got there there were no spaces. The nice guy on the desk said they often have trouble with this app booking spaces here when it is actually for hotel guests. This meant I was late for my important meeting.

Terrible. No car park to speak of. Called JustPark but no answer. Went into the hotel to complain and they said to park the car out the front of the hotel. Online it said they still had 6 spaces free. Not acceptable. Will be asking for a full refund.
