No issue with the parking but spaces were very tight for a Mercedes C class. Be careful if you have a large vehicle.

Great service , easy , cheap and perfect for busy london location . I booked the night before which made driving into east central london stress free knowing I had parking arranged . I was early to my appointment as I had enough time . Gentleman at the car park working as a concierge was very kind and helpful

Despite having made a reservation and pre-paid for my parking space, upon arrival I was bluntly informed by the attendant that the lot was full and that a payment does not guarantee a spot. This was not only surprising but also contrary to the very principle of making a reservation. The situation escalated into an unnecessary dispute, wasting valuable time and causing significant stress. Eventually, I was grudgingly offered a so-called 'parking space' which was, in reality, just a driveway. This not only fell short of what I had booked but also raised concerns about the safety of my vehicle, as it was not a designated parking spot and left my car vulnerable to being hit. To add to the frustration, I have photographic evidence to support my claim, clearly showing the inadequate and improper parking conditions provided. I am extremely unhappy with the service and the lack of regard for customer satisfaction. I expect a full refund for the inconvenience caused and the potential risk to my vehicle. I hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that Just Park will improve its services to ensure that no other customer has to go through such an unpleasant experience.
