I arrived with my car 30 minutes into my booking and the car park was full. A car did leave when I arrived but had I been any earlier I would not have been able to park

My space was not even free at the time of my booking.

I arrived and someone else was in my parking space. There was no number for the owner to call. I waited 10 mins trying to get through to just park unsuccessfully.
I had to leave for my appointment and park without a permit.
I want my money back.

Fantastic parking spot. Large space, easy to find and very secure. 30 minute walk from the Emirates stadium and close to some great cafes and eateries. Well definitely use again.

I loved how easy it was to use the website to book my parking spot. The only niggle I had was when I wanted to extend my booking and the site's page wouldn't scroll down. I was able to extend - just - but it was a bit frustrating!
