Parking on Deodar Road, SW15

We couldn't use the space as there was a car in it

The space was occupied when I arrived. The owner did not answer when called and JustPark took ages to answer. This has seriously undermined my confidence in the JustPark App as I then had to find another space and drive there before attending a meeting which made me late. There has been no explanation as to why space not available as booked even though there was a "let by" board at the property which suggests spaces may not be available as advertised, The agent who I spoke to sorted out my refund and a £5 credit to my account, but without an explanation as to why space not available or why it took JustPark so long to answer telephone, I will not be confident using or recommending JustPark in the future.

The parking space was blocked and unusable

Could not park, there was another car on driveway taking up the space with no room!

Easy to book if not a bit pricey.

The parking space wasn't completely free. A car was already parked there. But luckily but car fitted anyway.

Fantastic location in nice leafy neighbourhood, about 1 min lovely walk to the river. We took the Thames Clipper and made a real day out in style! Parking space is small as per the ad but we were fine in a Kia Sportage SUV as we could move the bin :-) thank you.
