The entrance in and out of the carpark was a hazardous single track lane with no room to pull over if another car was entering or leaving

App did not work, (yes I delete it and re-downloaded it and also switched my phone off and on) booked using website on phone which accepted Apple Pay but when I went to extend my booking it did not link to the app and then the website needed card details manually inputted and the page would not scroll down to allow me to complete at the details until I turn my phone horizontal. This took up too much of my time I could have been enjoying the swimming pool,

The app for extending parking time did not work

I was trying to extend the time and it's greying out so would not let me extend my time to pay the 3.50 for an extra 20 mins. So I then went to do another parking but it was saying it's free which I know it shouldn't as I was already there for 2 hours. I've tried to call 4 times and it kept saying that I should try to call back again
