I pre-booked parking through JustPark two days in advance for a trip from Sheffield to London, with a total booking of 4 hours. When I arrived, the parking was completely full, and the staff on-site told me to cancel my booking and find another space. This was incredibly frustrating, as I had already paid for the spot and ended up waiting for nearly 1.5 hours before I finally got a space. My main concern is why JustPark is charging customers if they can’t guarantee the parking spot. The whole point of pre-booking is to avoid these kinds of issues, and yet no responsible person was there to help. Very disappointed with this disorganized service.

AVOID this location. All spaces were full when we arrived. We tried contacting the owner and Just Park customer services with no success. We ended up parking in a side street because we had no choice and subsequently received a £60 ticket. Not happy at all.
