There is a lot of rubbish and area looks derelict so felt a little uneasy leaving my car but had no trouble or damage in the time I was parked there for over a month so all okay. It's a great location and you can come and go as you please which makes it so easy

I followed the instructions and found the side parking ok but not the main car park as there is a gate and barrier. Rang the bell to the hotel - no answer but I found out afterwards that's because it's closed. Rang the number then texted the number who just replied with a copy/ paste of the instructions on the listing. Decided to dump the car and hope for the best. Absolutely not value for money, no help whatsoever and would never use again. Was also late for my meeting.

This was the worst experience I've had using Just Park. On arrival there were no spaces for me to park even though I'd prefer booked my date and time. several spaces were being used by workman. I was with my child and we were booked to see a show at The Royal Albert Hall. I rang the mobile number provided to ask for help that wasn't answered. I then received a text saying they couldn't talk. I had no choice but to approach the workman and plead with them to move one of their vehicles which they begrudgingly did. we had to run 20 mins to The Royoa Albert Hall and only just made it in time. The spaces are small and the area full of rubbish from the hotel taking up half the space. I would like a full refund for this dreadful experience.

Great spot to park your car, easy access to Marble Arch, Oxford Street with a Central Line underground station 2 buildings away. Really pleased I chose this one as it's out of the congestion charge zone as well.
