Comms with the owner were really clear, quick and helpful. He has been extremely cooperative and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend. I'll use him again. Location was easy to find - there are several roads which accept the permit so availability not an issue. Although take care not to park on any drop kerbs as these are not allowed. Walking to the excel centre took 5 minutes - super easy and convenient.
