The car park is not suitable for large vehicles as there is a car lift. If the vehicle is over the weight limit the car lift will not work. DO NOT attempt to manually open or close the lift doors.

Perfect parking and staff was amazing!

The car lift wasn’t working properly, staff were unhelpful. The car was not too big or too heavy! When leaving we got stuck in the car lift, no engineer turned up to work, left stranded for 3-4hrs until an emergency engineer could attend. It was Mother’s Day we got up early to leave got home late afternoon after finally getting home. More App payment options need to be easier to use too. When purchasing the ticket no mention of a car lift was mentioned just price and location, until purchase was complete also not helpful if this isn’t what you want. The staff at the parking also blamed the car’s weight weather than resolving the solution and blaming a customer!

i was unable to park my car as the car lift would not close. i was told by reception that it meant that my car was too big. I would like a refund as I did not use this parking as a result.

The car didn't fit in the lift. So I couldn't park. And you didn't notice; and your receptionist didn't care - apart from to tell me to park somewhere else.

All good! Really easy process getting in the lift. Only complaint was that we weren't allowed to use the lift in the hotel to get back down to the car park so had to walk around. Not a major problem. Woul book again!

Awful place. Booked parking. Get to location and there is a car lift. I have a saloon tesla (not the big one). Car was too big for lift. No one dealt with situation on site .left stranded. Notice small sign outside the car lift that says cars may not fit. Not mentioned of website. Disgrace. Had to go pay for street parking: will be demanding my money back
Would have given no stars but system doesn't allow that score.
