Ended up getting a parking ticket???!!!

I've just used the app for the first time and the result was not what I expected. I booked a four-hour slot in a car park in Greenwich. When I got there, the car park was full - so what exactly was I buying? In some cases, you may be booking an identifiable private space that's reserved and only you can occupy it for that time period but this was just a public car park for busy Sainsbury's and Aldi stores. This wasn't clear when I booked. Not good enough. Full disclosure: eventually someone moved and I got a space but how was this different from just turning up on the day and waiting? It was only different because I paid more. Talking of which, the app offered me the chance to extend my stay - however, if I'd just paid (less) at the machine for four hours, my parking would only have expired at 8am the next day! Don't think I'll be using the app again unless it's doing what I thought that it was meant to do - reduce your parking stress by allocating a pre-booked space.

Car park was easy to find, easy to park and close to where I wanted to visit. Plenty of spaces available. Drive in, absolutely no hassle, great service.

Felt lucky to get a space - it was the only one available when I arrived. Lots of shoppers who hadn't reserved were parking there.

The space provides competitive prices for a very good location. It is easy to access and provides good security for your vehicle when parked! I am very happy with this parking space and will definitely use it every chance I get. 5 stars!

Traveling to London is always a hassle for me because of parking, but getting to book a space even before arriving London has been the best experience for me and I am loving it. Just park has put a smile on millions of faces. You no longer need to worry about parking. Justpark has got you covered.
