Perfectly fine space but no good for low cars (eg Tesla Model 3) large scratch along the underside due to angle on exit ramp.
To add there was angry van driver blocking the entrance, refused to move as didn't believe I should be parking there, eventually admitted there was a second entrance which "I should know about if I was supposed to be parking here", not the listers fault though and probably unlikely to repeat.

Parking space is well located and easy to find, however entrance and exit is very narrow, also on exit there is big bump at the end of exit, this is not suitable for low suspension cars, and even my regular octavia estate received a scratch on exhaust.
