Great space, great location. We had some confusion though as the only space available was a disabled parking bay, but as you'd said to park in ANY bay, we just parked there.

Address was a business address and difficult to park

Easy to find and safe parking site and just meters from the destination.

Great customer service when needed. Overall good experience and would use the service again.

I think this was described as secure. I don't think this is the case as it's adjacent to the main street

Great parking for central Hammersmith. Easy to find, with large parking spaces. Was only a 4 min walk from the Main Street.

arrived at 11am so a bit late for my 10:30am booking, only to find no spaces whatsoever. luckily customer service helped me find another parking spot 1/2 a mile away. It was the last thing I needed after a 110mile drive with my whole family in the car.

Very easy to find the parking. Will book again when needed. The only down side , not related to the parking, was the gentleman working at the consulate, telling me I wasn't allowed to park there, nor were there any parking spaces for me, when there was one right in front... maybe someone might want to have a word with the security guards from the consulate to focus on their job only, and not to bother themselves with other things that do not concern them.

Perfect location in Hammersmith. Bays aren't really marked out and there are signs saying unauthorised vehicles will be clamped. I wasn't 100% sure I was parking in the right place so was a little bit worried I might have been clamped. I then read the reviews and others have had similar worries but had not, think parking description should point this out.
