I informed the space owner my exact arrival time, even twice.
No one was there to hand me over the permit to be displayed.
I called and was told it takes a few minutes. I was under time pressure to miss my meeting (that's why informed ahead) and pointed this out again. Waited 10min... no show... left and run to my meeting, being already late. Today got a £60 fine on top... decide yourself if you want to park here.

10 min delay due to other vehicle in the adjacent bay obstructing my bay 31.
Which the driver kindly manoeuvre correctly .

The instructions were very clear. Even though I called 20 minutes before arriving and was there on time, which I followed up with a text I had to wait 10 mins for the pass before I could leave my car.
I wouldn’t have minded if I had been furnished with an apology. But in the grand scheme of things, this was a minor and the parking space was decent.
