Access to the road is via a pedestrian exit, there are exits on both levels B1 and B2 with a lift in addition to stairs.

It says pay at exit, we thought tap and pay! Never mentioned pay via app or mentioned location ID! So after an event it was a mess coming out of the car park as every one confused! Had to call hotel to get the location ID!
Please mention at entrance or departure that you have to pay via app!
It could have saved lot of time! Charging lot of money but service is poor!
