Access to the road is via a pedestrian exit, there are exits on both levels B1 and B2 with a lift in addition to stairs.

There was no means to pay without my mobile whose battery was totally down,, I parked at about 15.35 for 1 hr and 30 mins ,, the hotel wouldn't accept card payment at reception under new rules so I have to pay later this evening
