Parking at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel on Harbert Road. Please pay upon departure.
Parking is beneath the hotel and across 2 levels, B1 and B2.
Access to the road is via a pedestrian exit, there are exits on both levels B1 and B2 with a lift in addition to stairs.
If you have not paid for your booking on arrival, the barrier will not open.
Please ensure to enter your vehicle registration when booking or you may be liable to a Parking Charge Notice. This is to ensure the enforcement agency are aware you are permitted to park.

Very easy to find and felt very safe. But oh boy are the spots very narrow. If you have passengers with you, you'll need to ask them to get out of the car before you drive into the spot. Because their doors will not open once you're parked

I had no internet and could not download app or link to web site, phone call was intermissant and couldn’t hear. I tried to pay for parking but it didn’t let me pay from when I started to park. A real nightmare I paid what it let me however I entered the car park the afternoon in the day before !! Again tried to starting the parking tithe day before but not worked and don’t want to be fined

Annoyed that parking is advertised as £30 throughout the parking lot for 24hrs and also on the Hilton website. Why were we asked to pay £37.70???
