Although the parking space technically fits in two vehicles, when I arrived there was a huge van parked there & I couldn't fit it in my Nissan Qashqai. I'm not sure what the arrangement is like, it needs to be clear that there are 2 spots there.

Only short length Transit vans fit without overlapping pavement.

It's only the length for a short wheelbase Transit/Ducato etc. Mine is medium size Ducato & stuck out completely blocking the pavement. Not too bad for a few hours because it's a quiet residential area with easy ramp access for buggies & wheelchairs to get past in the unlikely event that such a need had arisen but also not ideal.
Or I could have reversed further in & blocked part of the householder's residential access, which I decided was even less satisfactory.
The length of space available should be more visibly specified in the listing.
Otherwise totally fine.

This parking space is very convenient and only a 10 minute walk from my destination. This parking is the perfect location only 10 minute walk from Blackhorse Road Station.
The owner is super helpful with an issue I created with my booking. She was amazing help on the phone. I would recommend this spot to anyone :)
