Once I actually found the car park it was perfect, plenty of spaces clearly marked, barriers opened on entry and exit so all good. Would have been 5 stars if the name of the car park that I booked was signposted...I booked Southampton Buildings Car Park...this was not written anywhere. The car park was called Holborn Gate and so initially I drove round looking, because I was unsure if I was in the right place.

I am a driver who uses a wheelchair. The Southampton Buildings Car Park has no lift for wheelchair users - problem! I therefore had to have somebody to push me up the steep exit ramp - problem!

Description should note it is the second underground carpark entrance. I found out when waiting for the first underground carpark shutter to raise. all in all a very good experience.
