Southampton Buildings Car Park

Pretty straightforward to use and plenty of spaces which was good.

Considering I was using a 3 wheeled electric scooter it was difficult to get to use the lift Turns out I needed a building pass which I did not have We was able to use the lift on the way in as someone was coming out of the building We were not so fortunate on our return and was advised to go in through the entrance to the car park via the ramp down used by cars I was under the impression that this was a disabled friendly car park In addition the disabled spaces were unavailable due to a white chain barrier Very disappointed It was terrifying as it started closing on me upon approaching the barrier as it opened and then closed again Please explain the disabled friendly exit We could only find a pedestrian exit which was steps only

Simple and easy to book

Very poor signage nail was differnt to what was advertised spaces for small and limited took while to find space and the walk way out and in was full people injectioning drugs and leaving needles on the floor

Good experience, we just had a little difficulty understanding where the entrance to the parking, the directions to the parking received weren't very clear.

The place was relatively easy to find and felt quite secure. However the spaces were quite tight and the ceiling was quite low in some areas

The garage door wouldn't open and no one was available on site. Super stressful.

I struggled to come out of the park, the barrier wasn't opening automatically, I had to call for it and wasted almost half an hour
