1 space located on Homefield Road in London. The space is big enough to fit medium size vehicles, no need to fit strictly within the lines. You can drive in and out right from the road 24/7 and it is well lit at night. Quiet residential road and safe, upscale area, very close to local amenities on the High Street and to Wimbledon Common.

PARTIAL REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE:
I am trialling a policy of sending guests a partial refund if you end up leaving the space early by 15 minutes or more, as a way of optimising use of the space. The minimum refund for confirmed early departure that is notified to me by text message (SMS) at the time of leaving is a token amount of 25p, which will increase proportionally according to whether a new instant booking is made by another driver during the freed-up time. Departure will be confirmed visually or by video footage. This only applies when the space is fully vacated 15 minutes or more before your booking end time and you notify me upon leaving the space by a text message that says "left space early, pls send refund". You should also then cancel your in-progress booking in the JustPark app so that the space is immediately available to others.
By notifying me in this way and sending the request you agree that you are fully forfeiting your use of the space for the entire remainder of your booking, and that if you stay beyond the time of your text request and cancellation you will comply with requests for compensation for this that would be equivalent to those that would apply according to JustPark's Overstay policy (available in the Help section). For validated requests I will submit a request via JustPark within 1 working day for you to be sent the partial refund. Please note this is not in any way a JustPark policy but is an offer unique to my space.
Note also that it is not designed to allow you to receive money back for time not used, or for late cancellations, but as a way of facilitating better use of the space in the instance that you park and then discover you are leaving earlier than expected. All of JustPark's policies (including their Cancellation Policy) still apply and you should book only for the time you expect to need or wish to reserve. If no other driver makes a booking starting in the time made free by your early departure, you will not receive any further refund beyond the 25p minimum.
