ease of parking and not having to think about paying on the day. Also the option of extending is useful.
My only criticism is the directions/ postcode to the car park didn't work and I had to use 3 different ways to find it so it was lucky I left home early.
But I WILL be using your service again as overall very happy.

Could not find on night we arrived as don't know the area . No signpost to say where it was. We had to pay 20 pound to the hotel we were staying at for the Tuesday night. So all extra charges due to bad signage on your parking facility. This was at Stratford international car park.

Whilst pre-booking was easy enough I was surprised to see that I ended up paying more than if I’d just turned up. I imagine on a week day it might be worth doing but I went on a Sunday and there were lots of spaces.

As a whole the parking lot was fine, easy to find, enough space to fit the car, however the staircases were awful, the smell of urine and the lack of CCTV felt less secure than expected.

Great overall layout, spaces are a decent size, road layout inside the car park a little different but makes sense logically.
