The problem is that it can be quite narrow. I parked in it for three days and someone had parked their car adjacent to the spot which made it borderline impossible to enter or leave the space. Luckily this happened on the day I was leaving so I wasn't impacted that much but if it had happened each day the space would have been unusable.
