Easy booking process and safe, convenient place to park. Big enough for a Mercedes GLC.

1.75m headroom restriction and quite a tight spiral ramp to drive down (Audi a6 in front of us seemed to be struggling with it a bit) - but no problems getting our vw Touran in

Long narrow winding entrance

Awful car park, got charged twice, so small it is ridiculous

Location was ideal and exactly what was needed for my car. However, there were issues upon arriving as the barrier did not lift and once I had parked I overheard others either having issues (I assume same as me) who were worried about being double charged or unsure how they would be able to exit. When I returned to my car later, I also noticed someone having issues in front and then sure enough when I got to the barrier it also wouldn't lift. I explained and read my number plate to the person assisting so he knew I had already paid via JustPark. Then ensued what felt like 20 minutes of him asking if the barrier had lifted, going silent and nothing happening, then him asking if the barrier had lifted... this was gone 1am. He asked me at two different points to reverse to try and see if I was too close (I wasn't, but I tried both times anyway), also did not work. I then informed him that a large queue had already formed both behind and to the side of me so I asked if someone could come to check or lift the barrier manually, to which he replied well can you move out the way, instead of coming down to check the problem. Apart from this being a very unhelpful response, we were also blocked in by queues from all angles, as explained, so couldn't even if we wanted to. He then responded by saying can you get out your car and tell them to all reverse back........(impossible, queue was round the corner). Anyway, we are still unsure what he was doing in the control room, we asked several times if someone could come down to check the barrier which was also ignored by silence and then 20 seconds later him asking if if the barrier had lifted... Someone else waiting also got out their car to check if everything was ok, to my relief this man was very understanding and felt they should be helping more. Anyway, by some miracle the barrier eventually lifted, but what an ordeal. Not what any of us wanted at gone 1am!
I believe the issue may have been caused by the number plate reader not working on entry, and possibly it was an isolated event/night because it seemed like everyone else I saw or overheard was having issues that night. But we felt the attendant could have been much more helpful in how he responded. Luckily we were only the 2nd car in the queue so I don't know how long it would have taken everyone else to exit if they had the same ordeal as us. I also think it might be helpful to amend instructions about entering and exiting the car park, because it is still unclear to me if the barrier should have been lifting for everyone automatically, or if we all needed to get a ticket and validate them somewhere, or actually if it was because the machine recognising car registration plates wasn't working.

The entrance is not visible at all. You have to pass in front of the hotel entrance to see it.

Well, this is a great idea , I guess, ..... but certainly some key features need to fall together to make this an stress-free experience , main one being , Vehicle Recognition upon entering and exiting.
We arrived and the barrier did not go up so we took a ticket, parked, and thought maybe on the way out the barrier will open. Nope.
Then when leaving, and loads of cars waiting behind us to exit, we couldn't get the barrier to lift, - the ticket wanted £45 parking fee, but as we had already paid, we buzzed for assistance. The man on the speaker couldn't open the barrier. But, he did know we had pre-paid thankfully, and it finally did lift after 5 attempts . So maybe I would rate 5 stars if this glitch hadn't occurred.

Ridiculously tight access to this car park which winds down and down forever. Very uncomfortable with a large car (I have a Porsche Macan) Will never park here again.
