Just park didn't tell me the max height was 1.75m before I booked

I booked it by cancelling them changing the time BUT for some reason the day changed to Tuesday instead of Wednesday when I need it !
I'll need to rebook but would ne v grateful if the mistaken Tuesday booking could be credited back please.

Very tight spiral entrance down 2 floors, stripped rear near side alloys!!

Easy to find, carpark was safe and secure but don’t think you would get a big estate or suv down the ramp, my Mercedes Cls was a squeeze for reference

On entering, the ANPR camera was angled wrongly so could not read and recognise the last digit on our car number plate. This meant it didn't recognise us as booked. So we took a ticket. But on the way out it did read okay and let us out with no further charge.
