The gate didn't open... I couldn't get in and at 3am it wasn't ideal. How do I get my money refunded?

Perfect apart from very tight spaces. But given we were in London, it’s to be expected

very difficult to get into the car park the open barrier button wouldn't work , was no one around to open from the Inside and the was very difficult to get hold of someone on the phone to open the gates, no ideal with two small children in winter to be stood around for almost an hour each time we needed to get into the carpark

The Open Barrier button worked correctly, there were lots of free spaces. No issues at all.

Great experience using JustPark! The process was simple and straightforward. Make sure to turn your location on, and once you’re by the gate, it opens easily with your phone. appalling! absolutely appalling. the gates never opened on entry, the number displayed wa out of service, and the buzzer was dead. Took 15 minutes to enter and 20 to leave.

I could get access to the parking space, on entry or return
