Parking on King's Cross Road, WC1X

We actually never got to the parking space as the road had been closed, after driving around for over an hour find an alternative root we gave up . Complete waste of time .

I thought i booked a save parkinglot in a secure area, but i had payed for a space in the street and not behind barrs. We got a secure pincode, but we didn't have to use this, because the parking space was in the street.

I want a refund. The instructions were not clear at all. Photographs would be helpful. I got a £160 ticket following the instructions. I will never use again

Parking is the middle space on the pavement (in front of yellow building) so requires a fair deal of manoeuvring. First time I parked here I struggled to find it but my car was fine, second time someone was parked across the space so was unable to park. Isobel kindly refunded my parking but I would prefer to park in a gated space going forward to avoid this happening again. No one's fault but frustrating to lose out by having to pay more for an alternative space.

It was very hard to fit my car there

i would like a full refund on my booking as i arrived to a completely unusable and disrupted car space as it was completely surrounded by road works making it entirely unavailable, causing stress while having to find other arrangements and spend even more money on parking for the night

The space was suitable and convenient.

Easy to find, close distance from King’s Cross/St Pancreas Station. After reading previous reviews, I was worried about the size of my car, but messaged the owner and they were really helpful! It is a narrow space, however - I have a Vauxhall Grandland X (Large SUV) and I had no issues parking my car in the space. Would definitely book again!
