the location was locked and no code supplied had to return to home to get email to be able to call

Parking was easy to find but i couldnt open the gate. There is no button to open the gate from outside, pin is necessary. At least ParkBee help Service working 24/7 and they opened the gate remotely. The rest was ok.

The blurb told me to press the button and the gate would open whereas I needed a code. I had to make a premium call to get in. There was a group of ‘undesirables’ at the back of the garage who have obviously taken it over for social purposes

Everything was almost perfect but when I got to the parking there was no button to press to open the gate only code access and I had not receive a code. On my luck someone was getting out and let me in and shared code with me so when I get to pick my car I can access to this parking
