I couldn't get the button in the app to open the door to let me back into the car park to collect my car and the exit door was padlocked shut. I only got out because someone else opened the door for me

i got back to my car and three young men where standing around and one sitting looking in my car, clearly i got back at the right time as they where angry we come back, so clearly marking cars to take

Drug dealing openly taking place from inside the carpark. Very undesirable people hanging around in there. Otherwise easy to find, good access and exit and plenty of spaces free to choose from.

I read the reviews on the day we were parking. If I had read them b4 booking I probably wouldn't have booked. That said we didn't encounter any problems, although there were some less than salubrious individuals in the car park upon our return, which made my wife and children extremely uncomfortable.

The parking is really unsafe and dirty. CCTV cameras are either broken, stolen of covered with a plastic bag. I wouldn’t park a nice car here or leave anything in the car. Some guys were sitting on a sofa in the garage - doing drugs and drinking alcohol. Also the google reviews say the exact same thing - the reviews here have probably been censored as they are really positive which is definitely not true.
