The car park was miles away from where I needed to be, and there was no parking attendant so I had to pay again to get out

Despite pre-booking via the website and it being fairly simple, my friend and I were charged double on departing from the carpark which was before the expired time. The cost was an additional £12 on exit and the pre-booking cost was £5.99. On this basis, we should be entitled to a refund of the £12.

Everything was perfect, just thought having to check in or notify the front desk about your booking when you’ve already paid is unnecessary

Tight multi-storey car park with narrow turns and ramps. Car parking spaces were adequately sizes. Staff member was available in office at arrival. I had to call for assistance when leaving as the barrier did not open automatically.

Tight entrance to each level and exit however good size spaces especially if you get one on the end. Inform office on arrival or you will be charged on exit unless you provide them with the reference. Good car park and great value for any stay.

Ad for this parking is very misleading, say's 0.67 miles to the O2 arena when it's actually not, Also rude staff, lady in a little office on entry unwilling to help, had an attitude problem. Please don't park here!!!!

First time and no regrets. Will definitely be recommending company.

I am very glad that I pre-booked. I ended up paying about £9 for an all day parking and £3 for insurance. Otherwise I would've paid about £16 on the day and that's only for the parking.

if you have an online booking, then at the exit you need to go to the reception so that they open the barrier for you and let you out, you stand and wait until they find your car number in their paper journal and then they open the door, this takes about 5 minutes. Is it possible to automate this?!
