The parking attendant wouldn't let me out without paying an extra £4.

Very small car park, not easy to manoeuvre my SUV up / down the car ramps and exit. Also car park did not register that I booked my space with the app. Had to show the office my booking before exiting the car park.

This is to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your facility. After parking for 4 hours, I arrived just 5 minutes late to pick up my car and was charged for an additional hour. Despite explaining my situation to the attendant, who was extremely rude and showed no empathy, my request for consideration was dismissed. This experience was highly disappointing and has left me reluctant to use your services again. I hope you will address this issue to prevent future customers from facing similar treatment. The multi-storey car park was fine albeit quite tight. The main issue was the incredibly rude gentleman working there.

Was expected to still pay on way out had to abandon my car to find a reception luckily a woman was there to confirm I had paid on app should be a reg recognition to know I've already paid

Easy parking. Just a bit annoying that you can only book up to 11:30. We were late back from a gig due to all the foot traffic, got back to the car at 11:40 and were charged an extra £16 so keep that in mind. Otherwise good
