The website stated the parking was a 12 minute walk from the location, when in fact it required me to take 2 trains. Unacceptable.

I was charged when I left having already paid for the space with you. Very unsatisfactory

Entrance and exit points were a horror

Need to reach out to staff at the entrance and ask him to register the booking in their log book otherwise your exit gate won't open up during exit. This is hassle, once we book from the JustPark it should be hassle free and should be made convenient during exit. Entrance does not have clear signs where and how to enter just congested route to enter inside.

The parking attendant wouldn't let me out without paying an extra £4.

Very small car park, not easy to manoeuvre my SUV up / down the car ramps and exit. Also car park did not register that I booked my space with the app. Had to show the office my booking before exiting the car park.

This is to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your facility. After parking for 4 hours, I arrived just 5 minutes late to pick up my car and was charged for an additional hour. Despite explaining my situation to the attendant, who was extremely rude and showed no empathy, my request for consideration was dismissed. This experience was highly disappointing and has left me reluctant to use your services again. I hope you will address this issue to prevent future customers from facing similar treatment. The multi-storey car park was fine albeit quite tight. The main issue was the incredibly rude gentleman working there.

Was expected to still pay on way out had to abandon my car to find a reception luckily a woman was there to confirm I had paid on app should be a reg recognition to know I've already paid
