The owners sells three spaces on the drive but there is only a dropped curb for one of the three. The curb is steep. A C or CD platform car is probably ok but it's a struggle to clear in a A or B platform. You'd have no chance in a sports cars. Should clearly state you need to be able to climb a large curb.
