10 Lower Thames Street Car Park

Easy to find, good location and reasonable all day rate. Parking space was tight for 4x4 size car. Security guard was abysmal though, stroppy, unhelpful with a cant be bothered attitude. We struggled to get back in to the carpark on foot - had to walk back up and buzz a few times. Great space, send the security card on a customer service course !

The entrance to the park was through a buzzer. No issues while entering in the park. When I came back to get in the car the buzzer would not respond. I stayed 30-40 minutes outside the park gate trying for someone to respond. I was with my family and a little kid and it was raining. Horrible experience. I called Justpark but it was out of hours so they gave me a PIN code that was not helpful. I tried calling the fire brigade to try to get help but they wouldn't because "it was not an emergency". I had to call a security number that I found somewhere nearby the gate. They managed to open the gate after 40 minutes waiting outside. Will Never again book this car park

The parking space was very tight to get in and out of, hence the 4 stars instead of 5, however the spaces were easy to find, the car park was very secure (a barrier and huge metal gates) and the parking attendant was very polite and helpful. Overall a very good location and easy to find.

I used this car park a few years ago and it was excellent, this time it was an awful experience!! The space was choc a bloc with vehicles and the space left for parking was minute and took about a 10 point turn to park!! Will never use again and certainly wouldn't recommend.

Very tight space, for a small SUV

The parking space is too small and the access into the space is very difficult. The security guard let me park elsewhere as he said it's a recurring problem with the just park parking space.

Parking was secure and more than enough space. However, there was no clear instructions on where to go to exit the building, such as how to get from the Parking up to Street level .

On arriving you have to buzz the intercom St the top of the ramp to be let in. There are only 2 just park spaces in the quite small garage. I could pull into the place but the moment someone parked next to me it was impossible to pull out without potentially hitting the cars on either side of me as there isn't much space to reverse. Luckily the garage attendant was amazing and helped me reverse and get out of the space by doing what felt like a 25 point turn to get out. The location is great but I don't think I would park here again because it's just too hard to get in and out of the space.
