There weren't any signs saying which specific parking place was mine.
No fault of the owner, however there was no space for me, due TO THE TERRIBLE PARKING OF THE OTHERS. VERY HARD TO FIND THE CONTACT NUMBER TO TALK TO SOMEONE. HAD TO WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR UNTIL SOMEONE MOVED THEIR CAR BEFORE I COULD PARK. AFTER A LONG DRIVE, THIS WAS UNWELCOME.

We arrived to park and all the spots were filled so we had to park elsewhere and got a parking ticket. Please let me know how to proceed with getting a refund and compensation to cover our parking fine.

THIS TIME EVERY THING WENT TO CLOCKWORK.
IT WAS FAR BETTER HAVING A CHOICE OF PARKING SPACES AS THE LAST TIME, I MANAGED TO GET IN THE SPACE BUT HAD TO EXIT MY CAR THOUGH THE REAR DOOR.

Location good - close to Moorfields Eye Hospital. But when I arrived there, there was no free car parking space. How is this possible? After 15 minutes of messing about I returned and there was one free slot. But it should not have happened.
