Got there and no spaces free. Rang the helpline and on hold for 5 mins. Luckily a space became available after waiting 15 mins.

We paid £33 for our parking space in London and when we arrived the area was closed off. We were told that we couldn’t park in the parking space because the road was being resurfaced. Apparently notice was given for this so the parking space should have been suspended on the app for the resurfacing period. Feel very let down and will not use Just Park again.

I was unable to park in an allocated space as they were all taken. I drove past 3 times between 9am and 10 am and each time the spaces were all taken. I tried ringing your helpline but got left hanging on the phone. I had no alternative but to find alternative parking having dropped someone at the Moorfields Eye Hospital. I would like a full refund. I am not very impressed with the service

really easy to find, arrived when dark but light came on was nice and bright. I have an A1 and just fit in space as 2 big vehicles either side

Parking space was too small for a car, more like a space for a motorcycle. Had to pay to park on the road so ended up paying twice! A complete rip off.
