The parking space is covered, gated, with CCTV. Located on Mile End Road, right in front of Travelodge, 30 seconds away from the Stepney Green Station. The space can fit large vans less than 2.3 meters high. The space is accessed by a security fob, you’ll be told how to collect this after you have made your booking. after collecting the fob, you will have MULTI ENTRIES to the space.

Upon arriving at the destination I could not find the space. After seeing there was a number to call I called the number but no one picked up for about 10 minutes. Overall not recommended

contact was not helpful when we had trouble accessing via the key code.
space was not clearly marked(had a coice of 4 spaces all numbered)
Again client took 12 hours to answer my question on which space it was.
NOT the most prominent one in the photo.
Overall very poor communication.
