Parking on Modbury Gardens, NW5

It was a little tricky ensuring the vehicle was not going to fall into the basement void! The paving slabs forming the space are rickety and flip about as one is reversing onto the space and the passengers have to be very careful getting into or out of the vehicle. The block of flats that the space belongs to looks derelict and deserted. However the street is nice with lots of smart vehicles, so I felt my car was relatively safe in this area. We needed to mount and drive along the kerb in order to reach the space at the end of the cul de sac. All in all I do not think I would use this space again and the cost of it was excessive considering the quality of the actual parking space.

Space is a good size, easily fit my LWB van. The road up to the space is very tight (not helped by a large bicycle parked on the pavement). There's no space to turn around at the end of the road so I reversed up as I was leaving when it was dark. There was an Audi parked in the street with a smashed rear windscreen, so not the safest area but then where is in London these days? Very happy with the space, a 5 min walk to the Roundhouse, would happily park here again

The space is at the end of a cul de sac and there was a car parked in the very narrow lane so I had to drive up onto the pavement to get to the space and also reverse out on the pavement as well. It's doable but tricky.

Good space. But access was very narrow so difficult to reverse out of. May need to adjust description to better show this. Thanks

parking space condition was awful, steel beams littered around, barely able to get up the curb and ramp into the space. nearly damaged my car getting both I nand out due to road condition

Easy to find and thankful for previous reviewers comments about reserving up the road to access space. Very tight and had to use pavement as other vehicles on road. Steels on driveway and uneven paving slabs. Unable to use this space.

plus points - convenient location, car fitted in the space, felt like a safe area negative points - having to reverse along a narrow road using the pavement to get into the space was difficult (there was not enough space to turn the car around), there was some wooden planks that we had to move out of the way to fit the car on the driveway, there was uneven concrete slabs and big gaps in the concrete, and a steep drop on one side summary - I might use it again as it was a good safe location, but definitely not ideal if you have mobility issues or young children

Easy to use website, does what it says on the tin - location, availability & pricing of parking spaces is very clear & clear communication
