I must express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of communication regarding the maintenance work being conducted on the pavement directly outside the property. It was truly upsetting to arrive and discover the situation, as I had not been informed beforehand. Given the magnitude of the work being undertaken, it would have been greatly appreciated to have been given the chance to cancel my booking, as the circumstances were not conducive to my needs.
The safety concerns I had regarding the situation cannot be overstated. I was genuinely concerned about leaving my car parked at the property, after receiving a text message from the owner, as there was a risk of it being damaged by debris from the pavement demolition.
I was unexpectedly contacted by the owner at 9:07am, instructing me to return to my vehicle and move it forward in the parking space. This came as a surprise to me, as I had originally planned to collect my vehicle at 12pm, which was the expiration time I had booked and paid for. However, I had no choice but to leave 2.5 hours earlier than expected.
The thought of leaving my vehicle unattended for any longer than necessary was unsettling, as I did not want to risk any potential damage or having my car become stuck in the parking space. Being stranded in London without access to my vehicle would have caused a significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans for the day.
Therefore, despite my initial plans, I had to make the decision to cut my time short and return to my vehicle earlier than anticipated. It was a frustrating situation to navigate, but ultimately I prioritised the safety and security of my vehicle to ensure that I could continue on with my day without any unforeseen setbacks.
I cannot help but feel let down by the lack of foresight and consideration in handling this matter. It is essential for hospitality providers to be proactive in communicating any potential inconveniences or hazards to guests, so that appropriate arrangements can be made. This experience has certainly left a lasting impact on my perception of using this service again.

It wasn’t a great experience quite scary actually the only one there because on the website it said the parking was 799 for the day parked in one of the locations in the car park download the app we got the parking bill in different place for some reason at somebody’s house we won’t sure where to park least an hour to figure out how their system really worked. It was really stressful day for us.
