The ANPR didn't recognise my number plate. But after speaking to the Security on the intercom he took my car registration details and found my booking and lifted the barrier up for me. This also happened on the exit to.

There are building works taking place near the car park & you have to pass through security to enter.
The sat nav wasn't very helpful getting to the location.

make sure you make of note of where you come out in the shopping centre as we didn't and couldn't find our way back to the car park.
The best thing to do is to go down the lift at Waitrose, especially from the Jubilee Line and find your car at car park level
