I arrived 3 minutes early, took the ticket at the gate, parked up all good and left approx. 45 mins early however the gate would not open. Pressed the assistance and chap told me its because ai came in to early and would have to pay the difference to my surprise! I said I didn't understand and surely 3 minutes early but leaving 45 mins early was not a big issue...he opened the gate.

not sure why other people find it difficult to park here on their reviews, but booked at midnight fir following day and got to venue and barriers with no issues and found plenty of parking spaces, slightly high price but no issues

The ANPR didn't recognise my number plate. But after speaking to the Security on the intercom he took my car registration details and found my booking and lifted the barrier up for me. This also happened on the exit to.

There are building works taking place near the car park & you have to pass through security to enter.
The sat nav wasn't very helpful getting to the location.
