It's easy to use and provides accurate directions and a photograph to find the space. Extending the parking time seems simple, but trying to do this online on my phone (outside the app) caused that screen to freeze every time. However, JustPark's customer service responded within an hour and amended the time for me. So, it's not quite five stars, but overall, it's very good.
