I requested a refund after being unable to locate the parking space I booked. However, I was advised to contact the owner of the parking space directly, which I believe is unreasonable. I made my payment to JustPark, not the individual space owner, and I expected JustPark to handle any issues related to the booking.
Additionally, the images provided on your website did not accurately reflect the actual parking space, plus no number visible making it extremely difficult to identify. This lack of clarity contributed to the issue, and I believe JustPark should take responsibility for ensuring accurate listings.
I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and will not be using your service again due to the lack of accountability.

The area felt safe and space was easy to locate. The space was clean and a good size.
On arrival there was no lock but Will responded quickly to confirm we wouldn't be charged.
