I didn't need to pay anything as this is the Waitrose car park. I shopped there as you can get 2 hours free parking. Deceptive really.

The car park didn't recognise the parking and we have been charged £30. They said that just park booking are no longer valid. How do we submit a claim to get the £30 refunded.
