Key fob didn't open when the code was entered. I couldn't park on the day. Free parking around the corner on Sundays so luckily I didn't need it. I didn't contact the owner so maybe there was an issue I wasnt aware of. (Two people tried to open the key fob so it wasn't just me that couldn't open it). Need to make it easier for people to use.

Didn't manage to get access to the space all week so as you can see on your system had to rebook in Chale Road, only received a partial refund. Very frustrating

The video sent on booking was extremely helpful. I would maybe just add that you need to get out of your car to walk in to get the key fob out.
