Couldn’t get access to app for code as internet wasn’t working so was locked out of car park for 10 minutes till someone else let us in . I’m also not happy that your app didn’t work Saturday night and couldn’t pay for the extra hour I stayed and now have received a fine for parking I wouldn’t advise anyone to use your company as your employee told me on Monday there is nothing he can do and was very unhelpful 0 out of 10 service

Worked ok but expensive and I don’t like to have a we code to access my car

Whilst getting to the car park is easy once in the floor organisation is not easy to understand and there are no clear signs to tell you were the exits and lifts are disabled parking spaces are not highlighted and you come across them in corners on floors. Spaces are narrow and not really disabled friendly. Lift call button not working. This is not an easy carpark for disabled people using scooters. It is however immaculately maintained just more signage needed to find your way out.

Easy to park and easy to use

Easy to use especially when pre booked. Pricing fair considering how central it was to China Town, Theatre land and the plentiful options of eateries and pubs

They broke my car's back window and stole my bags. Of course, the carpark is not responsible for anything. Will not come back ever!

Car got broken in to Security door was never locked

Very convenient and well lit. Only downside was the strong smell of urine!
