Giving it 5 stars as Jamie was very helpful and the car park was safe and secure. I couldn't fit my car going up the ramp as I have a lowered chassis vehicle with a front splitter/bumper. He gave me sound advice to park elsewhere but I couldn't park here. If the ramp was raised, I'd have been fine parking under the ramp.

Very tricky to manoeuvre an SUV back into the lift from the basement due to the position of the lift and the bicycle rack being in the way. The lift is quite tight so leave room to get out of the door to operate the buttons

Excellent communication from Jamie regarding the directions & instructions to the parking space.
Easy to find and very secure parking. Ideal for my appointment at Moorfields. Would definitely use again and recommend anyone requiring parking for Moorfields. It’s not in the congestion zone, which was an added bonus.

It's a very complicated parking setup. First, you pick up the keys from one location, then go around the corner to open a shutter that leads to a car lift, which is tight for larger cars. After pressing the lift button, you get back in and drive down to a deep basement.
There, you park on a steep, double-floored metal platform that is hard to describe—look at the photos for a better understanding. Overall, for a first-timer, it will take about 10 minutes from arrival to parking, and it's unnecessarily complicated.
Additionally, after I booked for two hours, they informed me that it can't be less than three hours.
The location was perfect for me, but I’m not sure if I’d use it again.

Very secure enclosed parking (which we wanted as we had a boot full of belongings we didn't want left on display)
Clear instructions from owner to collect key fob and gain access.
