Clear, concise instructions to the car park and paying. Car registration was recognised at the car park gates so no scanning QR codes as barrier came up on entry and exit. We extended our stay over the phone and that worked well.

We were locked outside the building in the rain and couldn't get to our vehicle using the provided QR code as their reader was broken. It took nearly 30min to be able to enter the building as we had to wait for someone to leave, which has passed my booking and I received a PCN (that I have evidence to appeal).
