The parking area was acceptable. Only downer was that the gate never opened either my QR cord. I always had to call for assistance on entry and exit. But tge attendant was helpful.

Car broken in to, items stolen, still waiting for repair two weeks later, Car park not secure as advertised, pedestrian doors constantly open, locks not working… not fixed a week later

Very easy to book and use fairly safe

Actually after I booked , I was checked this parking in google map and have fews bad comment because of the vehicle window was smashed by thieves who stole the personal belongings. Because of these are comments I was very worried that the same thing might happen again after making the reservation. Fortunately, after parking today, my car remained intact. The price for booking online was indeed cheaper than nearby parking lots, and the location is very convenient. I hope this parking lot can enhance its security patrols, as the main gate was broken. At the same time, I hope no one else will suffer any losses because of this.

Nice location and good prices. But - I would like to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with the exit barrier. It consistently fails to open automatically, requiring me to contact staff via the speakerphone. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I had to wait approximately ten minutes for someone to respond and open the barrier. No apology or explanation was offered for the inconvenience. I kindly request that this issue be addressed at the earliest opportunity to prevent further delays and improve the overall experience.

Great place to park and convenient for the westend. Walked to our location which wasn’t far, lots of justpark places to choose from. Will use again.

Very dodgy place, no cctv, extremely narrow spaces. It was actually difficult to fit in there and leave the car.
